* Please note that the fabric supplied may differ from that of the original embroidery due to dye batches. Silk fabrics have naturally occurring variations created during the weaving process, this is normal and not a flaw.

- Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty

Postage and refunds
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described
- Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange as agreed
- If you are exercising your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, standard delivery costs paid at checkout will also be refunded
