If you're not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

Conditions for return

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging and resaleable condition
• Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Please contact me before sending anything back so I can confirm the return and provide instructions
• We recommend using a tracked service for returns

Postage and refunds

• Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is faulty or not as described
• Once I receive the returned item, I will process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange as agreed
• If you are exercising your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, standard delivery costs paid at checkout will also be refunded

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Delivery times

• UK: please allow up to 7 days from the date of dispatch
• International: please allow up to 14 days from the date of dispatch

All orders are sent via a tracked and/or signed-for service to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout using a weight-based system — smaller items cost less to ship.

As a small business I'm currently unable to offer free shipping.

Where we ship

We ship to the UK and selected international destinations. Unfortunately, due to the EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), we are currently unable to ship to the European Union or Northern Ireland.

Import duties and taxes

US customers: import duties and handling fees are included in your shipping costs and calculated at checkout — there should be no surprise charges on delivery. We review this regularly and will adjust if tariff rates change.

All other international customers: you are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

A surcharge is applied to all orders shipping to the United States to cover current import tariff and handling charges. This is calculated at checkout and is designed to cover all duties and fees payable on import.

This means no surprise costs or customs delays when your order arrives.

We review this surcharge regularly and will adjust it if tariff rates change.

This surcharge is separate from, and in addition to, standard international shipping costs.
