If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.

• Returns must be in original, unused condition.

• Personalised items are excluded from the returns policy unless faulty.

• The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser.

• I recommend using a tracked service for any returns.

Once I receive the returned item, I’ll process your refund (excluding original shipping costs) or exchange as agreed.

Please allow up to 7 days for UK delivery (from £3.95) and up to 14 days for international delivery (from £16.95) from the date of dispatch. Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations I am unable to ship to Europe and Nothern Ireland at this time. 

All orders are sent via a Tracked and/or Signed service to ensure your parcel reaches you safely.

I have recently updated my shipping to a weight-based system — this means smaller items will cost less in shipping.
