Both Sides Alike

Traditional Embroidery worked at the same time so that Both sides are Alike as the stitches are worked through one piece of silk (the front is the same but opposite direction to the back when flipped). Best seen in person but this would have been worked on military and religious standards. All Apprentices work the same banners except the single banner which can be personalises so I choose Ypres as my great grandfather took part and was injured during the battle.
